Apartment Iris is a wonderful 3 bedroom ground floor apartment in an absolutely sensational location within the new Corvera Golf & Country Club. The apartment is front-line with a fantastic view over the golf course and lake, looking towards the Sierra de Carrascoy mountains and national park.

The Corvera Golf & Country Club resort itself is a magnificent expanse of over 2 million square metres of prime rural land situated in a natural valley bordered by the Sierra de Carrascoy mountain range and national park. A stunning new 18 hole championship golf course of 7,500 yards is part of the development, designed by Jose Maria Olazabel. On this 5 star resort there will be an equestrian centre, tennis facilities, sports complex and spa facilities. The resort will also feature a 5 star De Vere hotel, 24 hour security, medical services and various other bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The international championship golf course will be the new winter home for the PGA of Europe. Corvera Golf and Country Club is all set to be the best and most exclusive 5 star resort in Spain. The new international airport of Corvera is only 5 minutes from the resort and is scheduled for completion in August 2010. The cultural city of Murcia with it's 14th century cathedral and beautiful squares and cafes not to mention all the fantastic shopping is just 15 minutes drive. The beaches of the Mar Menor are 20 minutes drive away. This really is a stunning property.

Apartment Iris is 25 minutes drive from Murcia Airport (San Javier) and only a few minutes from the new Corvera Airport due to be completed soon.

How to Book

• Prices are per week (minimum rental 1 week), inclusive of electricity up to 200kws per week.
• Wireless Broadband Internet Connection available at an additional £15 per week. (You will need to bring your own wireless enabled laptop(s)).
• We ask for a £200 refundable security deposit for any damages.
• A deposit of 25% of the full rental, required at time of booking is non refundable. Balance is payable 8 weeks prior to let. Reservations made within 8 weeks of the let require full payment at time of booking.
• Lettings are from 4pm on the first day to 12 noon on the last day, or otherwise by prior written agreement.
• The apartment will be cleaned before you arrive and on departure, this is included in the rental. If you require additional cleaning services,this can usually be arranged, please contact me.
• You and your guests must agree not to smoke inside the apartment.
• When you contact us we send you a booking form to return and we hold the chalet provisionally for you for 10 days to allow time for your deposit to reach us. After this time the chalet will be re-offered.
